Even if you've been watching markets and planning ahead it's a very steep learning curve with many unknowns. It's an area where if I'm realistic, I'm far from expert. The most important issue, prior to sign up was helping us clearly understand for ourselves - then explain to him - how the new property fitted into our bigger life plans. That process in itself was worthwhile for the confidence it brought us. Upon signing, he swung into action, immediately organising a property inspection and the relevant reports, along with evidence-based value comparisons. His negotiations on our behalf meant we could carry on with normal life while the contract process progressed.
