Due to our sheer persistence and perseverance as well as strong agent relationships, finding this client’s perfect home happened within just a few weeks. As our client was feeling isolated living on the Upper North Shore, they wanted to relocate closer to the city for a café late lifestyle that was within walking distance from their new home that also needed to be a short bus trip to the city and University of Sydney. We had several discovery meetings to obtain a better understanding of their personal requirements. Taking the budget into account, our experience and expertise was essential to guiding them on appropriate suburb choices that would best match their desired lifestyle. In this property search, there were several hurdles and challenges that needed to be overcome. Considering their brief, we undertook some initial discovery, and it quickly became evident that the type and style of house that they desired was not available in those locations. We needed to educate and guide them to be open to considering surrounding suburbs that would better accommodate their very specific requirements in terms of style of property, size and location.
