After setting up conference calls with my clients mortgage broker, making sure finance was all in order & my preferred solicitor reviewing the contract & organising this both after hours, which can be very difficult to do, particularly on a Friday afternoon, to make sure that the team around my clients were all on board and all in agreeance from a finance & legal point of view, we were able to orchestrate exchange of contracts, and seal the deal. Being able to move this quickly, lining up all of the ducks, dotting the i’s & crossing the t’s and having the best professionals around me, allows me to move quicker than any other buyer, which is the key to my & our clients success every time.
