This is my 8th purchase of a block of units for one my favourite clients. There were 5 x options that happened to be available, so good timing for my clients & I carried out thorough reviews & reports on the most suitable. Some options were too old & just needed too much work on the building both inside & out We narrowed it down to 2 quality x properties. One x property was in a blue chip premium location & ticked every single box as an ideal block of 6 x units, solid double brick & suspended slab build construction in a high growth location but due to the higher purchase price, my clients could not get the finance to stack up, so we went with a more doable price range in a location that will be ideal for short term contract worker lettings with a solid, low maintenance building. We were competing against another purchaser & we were neck & neck with offers & I suggested to the listing agent, set a date with final & highest offer in and the best offer & conditions will be the successful purchaser & we came out on top. A great result & another ideal acquisition for my clients.
