A good relationship with the selling agent delivered benefits with this property. We had it on contract 5 days after listing. I was able to see through the property before an open house and fortunately, Robert was ready to go and could appreciate the excellent value in this 4/2/2 property. Robert and I first chatted on 27 February and he understood competition was strong and we needed to act quickly when we found a quality property. I inspected the property on 28 February and the rest is history. Robert sounded like a practical person, he knew what he wanted and was quite prepared to move quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. The selling agent is proactive and we worked effectively through the Building & Pest issues to reach a fair arrangement. Even though we accepted a reduction in price to deal with some issues, the selling agent and I will obtain quotes for a few of the electrical issues that need to be resolved quickly. Robert has been happy with the journey and we look forward to settling.
