BUYERS' AGENT COMMENTS

When Dave became my buyer, he was based in Germany, flying planes to and from Ukraine. Communication was strictly via email and on WhatsApp and only when he wasn't flying. His expectations were high, however with a process of helping him understand local values and how quickly the market is rising, he began to appreciate the great property we'd found. Of course, being a pilot, he was not keen on a property under the flight path from Amberley which is half of my usual search area.... Noted...
