The property features a new 3year lease to a local established Tenant, with strong 4% CPI annual increases providing a low-maintenance, stable and secure income to our client. We managed to persuade the Vendors to accept our conditions and price $50,000 below its intrinsic value if it was vacant, due to the existing lease.
