Tegan and Scott were first home buyers trying to find the best area to have their first home. I discussed with them many areas but was mainly considering Scott having employment in Parramatta and Tegan being at university suburbs where they initially wanted nearer the coast would be difficult to access and very high priced. They eventually decided to look around Parramatta where transport links were important. They could afford a 3-bed unit but wanted it to feel homelike.
