The unit offers so much for their money compared to many other units I inspected, that they are delighted to be able to afford it and are now very happy to have a new home not far from their family.}'}

BA Comments Christine and Malcolm wanted to buy with cash and not have the obligation of a mortgage. They didn’t know what area to purchase in initially and were hoping for a townhouse somewhere in Sydney’s western or southern suburb. Reality for them when I showed them some properties they could afford, was realising they didn’t want to be too far from their children, and they really liked the inner west, so they needed to compromise on their first expectations.
