The advantage was the block of units being right on the water side, and near the Piazza with many cafes only 100m walking distance. By the time I dropped Harry back to Coogee he has made his mind up about buying the unit and we had his offer accepted the next day. Harry is over the moon about getting into his first home. }'}

Harry is a doctor from Adelaide who is moving to Sydney in January 2024 with a new position at Concord Hospital. He has only been to conferences in Sydney and wanted to buy near Concord Hospital. He wanted to live within close proximity to shops and cafes. I identified units with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a car space in Wentworth Point, North Strathfield, Homebush and Homebush West.
