Scott was based in the London and asked me to bid on his behalf at auction for a lovely home in Avalon. Located within walking distance to shops, cafes, transport and the beach, the house was ideal for Scott to reside when he returned home. After a short while, the auction stalled and the property was passed into us as the highest bidder. We then asked all other buyers to leave the property and we commenced negotiations, before securing the property for a significant amount below the reserve price. Scott and his family were absolutely thrilled!
