We had limited experience in buying property and we knew the idea of us going to bid at auction was sure to be a costly and embarrassing disaster. We needed an expert to win our dream home. We followed his blogs and market updates leading up to auction, this gave us knowledge and helped us understand the rapidly changing market conditions due to federal budget and RBA rate cut announcements, as well as the impacts of COVID-19. On meeting Rich for the first time on auction day it was clear he was highly motivated to do everything he could to help secure our dream home. He had a good inspection of the property and shared his thoughts on our maximum bid limit in relation to the estimated property value and market conditions, this gave us some comfort that we were putting the right number down. Marylene & David had been looking for a while to find their ideal home. Rather than run the risk of making an emotional decision at auction, they engaged me to provide local expert advice and represent them at auction.
