Anoush & Zareh had been looking for a large family home for well over a year and were getting completely frustrated with the whole searching process in a rising market. With a new baby due in a few months they were highly motivated to find a home. Despite a healthy budget, they were searching in the Killarney Heights and Forestville area where there was an extremely limited stock of high quality homes of the calibre they were seeking. Through my connections, we presented a brand new off market home with five bedrooms plus study that ticked every box that they could possibly want in a luxury family home.
