Hamish wanted to purchase his first home that could accommodate his family in an area that would have capital gain and be close to a train station and other conveniences. His family live overseas now so he wanted support and knowledge of where he would get the best affordable deal that would meet the needs of his parents and give everyone privacy because he works from home a few days a week and needs to get to the city at least one day a week. He preferred newer homes with very little maintenance but also wanted a lot of living area and a kitchen that had a large pantry and excellent cooking facilities. He is thrilled to have found a home that ticks all the boxes for him which is close to the station in a newer suburb with an excellent shopping mall that has many cafes and restaurants right opposite the train station.

The biggest value in working with a buyer's agent and Niki in particular, is having confidence that a property doesn't just look like a good choice, but having that decision based on experience and expertise. The average homebuyer who only purchases a property once or maybe a few times in their life can't possibly obtain that level of knowledge and experience, so it's very reassuring to have someone on your side who does it for a living. Niki took the time to understand our needs and clearly understands the difference between buying an investment and buying a home, adjusting her search and recommendations accordingly. She organized and accompanied us to inspections and negotiated on our behalf which I'm sure at the very least paid for the cost of hiring a buyer's agent. Overall, I would highly recommend Niki and Propertybuyer for anyone looking to purchase a property who needs strong market knowledge and experience on their side. Thank you, Niki!
