David and Jo Williams live 2 hours away from Sydney and wanted to find a cheaper unit in the Macquarie Park area, where Jo works, as a stopover when in Sydney. Both are busy professionals and didn’t have time to inspect any units so were totally reliant on my inspections in deciding. They only wanted a 1 bedder preferably no more than $650,000 with no maintenance required and a view nearer the university campus.
