Mona Vale is located 28 kilometres north from Sydney CBD Sydney’s Northern Beaches local government area of Pittwater Council. To the north is Newport, to the south Warriewood, to the west Bayview and to the east Pacific Ocean.

Mona Vale Golf Course has a spectacular view over the ocean. Mona Vale Beach provides some great surfing breaks and also has a lap pool and children’s pool at its northern end, there is also a second beach to the north called The Basin.
