Michelle was keen to buy and very particular about the search area. She wanted a quality property with low maintenance, capital growth and a good rental return. Her budget was $550,000 - $580,000 however she wished to stay below a $560,000 buy. 

We communicated often around the clock as Michelle lives in the UK. After missing out of a couple of properties, I received a call about a 2018 build, off-market townhouse in excellent condition with the only additional cost being a shared wall. The added bonus of this property is it's 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a double lock up garage. The buy price is $485,000 with an excellent Market Rent Appraisal of $520 - $570wk.

We arranged a rent-back agreement with the owner occupiers until December '23. Hugo Alexander is the new Property Manager. Michelle is happy with her investment property.
