Paul approached us to help him find his second commercial investment property to expand his portfolio. He had a fantastic experience and result with our previous purchase for in Sydney and wanted to look in QLD but had no knowledge of the area nor assets to look for. I recommend several industrial precincts in the Gold Coast and Brisbane area which had the scarcity factors and the right drivers for long term growth and great amenities.
