Mishal is an overseas investor who has been referred to advise and source his first Commercial Investment property in either NSW or QLD. His goal was to purchase a solid, low-maintenance investment that would provide both income security, growth and a good net yield.  With low stock of quality tenanted investments across the Eastern seaboard, we extended the radius from Canberra through Sydney to Brisbane. I recommended an Industrial unit in Brisbane, but it sold to another Investor for a lower yield we were prepared to pay.
