We were looking for a commercial property to manage within our SMSF and had absolutely no idea of what would be a good purchase or how to make this happen! Kristen & Mitch are a SMSF buyer who approached us to source their first Commercial Investment property. They were looking for a low maintenance set & forget investment to build a larger property portfolio. The property features a new 3year lease to a local established Tenant, with strong 3.5% annual increases providing a low-maintenance, stable and secure income to our clients. We managed to persuade the Vendors to accept our conditions and price $50,000 below their expectations for this great asset and conducted extensive DD prior to exchange. Kristen & Mitch are thrilled with the result and we trust this commercial asset acquisition will greatly benefit the future of their property portfolio.
