Kristen & Chris is a SMSF buyer who approached us to source their first Commercial Investment property. He was looking for a low maintenance set&forget investment to build a larger property portfolio. With low stock of quality tenanted investments below $1m across the Eastern seaboard we extended the radius to from Sydney, through Gold Coast and Brisbane.
