Our full-service client from Hong Kong was looking for a property in a great school zone for when they moved to Melbourne for their son’s education with a budget $500 to $600K.  Wong wanted the property to double as an investment property whilst they finalised their move to Australia. Wong also wanted low maintenance and security that was in a high-rise development with amenities, and needed to be close to transport, restaurants, shopping centres and about 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Being from Hong Kong, Wong wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate their new purchase, they wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne. I found them the ideal property that ticked all the right boxes for $580k and they were delighted with the outcome.
