Freny, was a full-service client from Melbourne looking an investment property in Caroline Springs, Deer Park or Truganina. Freny wanted a property that was close to public transport and local schools.  The brief also included a high rental yield and a property in area that would gain in capital growth.
Freny’s budget was $550K but we manage to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property close to Williams Landing Station and the local High School for $470K with a great rental yield of 4.2%.
