Rebecca and Mike had a long standing dream of moving to the Northern Beaches. They approached me several weeks before they planned to sell their home at Normanhurst and sought advice on the best local agent to assist in the sale. They were very concerned about the fast moving market leaving them behind and worried their sale proceeds would not be enough to get into the beaches area. With three young children, coordinating inspections on a Saturday was proving to be a nightmare. I carefully outlined what their budget could buy for $2.2m and searched high and low to find every possible opportunity including doing letter box drops to specific streets. I appraised the property at $2.2m and then managed to negotiate the eventual purchase price to $2.15m directly with the owner. To say they were delighted is an understatement.
