She was also in the process of selling her Lower North Shore apartment and needed to coordinate the sale and purchase settlements. While her own property was on the market I commenced searching for a range of suitable options. There was very limited range of listings but I managed to find a renovated off market home in Frenchs Forest that ticked all the right boxes – land size over 800sqm, space for dogs to run and train, north facing with plenty of light, renovated kitchen and freshly painted and in great condition. I managed to negotiate the price to $1.57m and also coordinate settlement time to line up with the sale of her own apartment.
