With a budget of $3m I was tasked with searching for a high quality Townhouse or Apartment with at least 3 beds/ 2 baths/ and double parking, home office space, nice boutique blocks, good natural sunlight and renovations all done. It was essential that the property be located within walking distance to transport, shops and cafes.
