After making a decision to buy out first home we had a chat with Michael Cohen to look at our options. From our first encounter we knew we were making the best choice. Being an A grade property in a high demand pocket, the property had a lot of interest and looked like our buyers with their reduced budget may again miss out at auction.
This is where Michael’s agent relationships and negotiation skills really came into play. He was able to secure the property in a tense pre-auction negotiation for a substantial discount to the agents asking price. Like a game of chess, it came down to strategy and reading the play.
