What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving prestigious clients across the Lower & Upper North Shore.
• Networking to build strong client and agent relationships.
• Creating tailored buyer briefs and securing new clients.
• Conducting market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns.
• Inspecting, appraising, and evaluating properties.
• Accessing off-market opportunities through agent connections.
• Negotiating purchases, bidding at auctions, and ensuring smooth due diligence.
• Guiding clients through the property-buying journey with care and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced: Extensive background as a buyers’ or selling agent with a proven track record (min 5 years)
• Passionate: A deep love for real estate and Sydney’s North Shore market (Lower North Shore and Upper North Shore)
• Connected: Strong local network and ability to uncover opportunities.
• Professional: Immaculate presentation, stellar communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ambitious: A self-starter with the drive to earn $300k+ per year on a commission only basis.
• Licensed: A fully licensed real estate professional with a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible: Willing to work Saturdays to accommodate client schedules.
